Cash Flow Reporting and Forecasting
Capital Purchase Analysis
Maintain Fixed Assets
Prepare Depreciation Schedule
ROU Analysis and Reporting
Asset Finance Reporting
Insurance Renewals and Audits
Sales and Use Tax Reporting
Manage Contractors Licenses
Inventory Management and Reconciliation
Manage AR and AP team
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting required
Construction experience is required
8+ years of full-cycle accounting experience required
Prior management experience preferred
