About Aircrew Operations Specialist / Site Lead

  Top SecretRegularAs the Site Lead, you shall be responsible for all on-site contract requirements / performance, ensuring essential communication between the Contractor and Government.The Site Lead must be available by phone while not on site during normal training hours and considered Key Personnel.The site lead must ensure CDRL submissions are accurate and timely.The Aircrew Operations Specialist (AOS) will be responsible for:Device station set-up to include mission, scenarios, and security requirements.Operating Device embedded threat software Assisting the Fleet / Tactical Instructor in the execution of events Troubleshooting device mission systems.Recommending modifications to weapons training programs to align with the Training Continuum.Assessing and recommending changes to the COR, Leads, and SMEs for changes or updates to support evolving tactical scenarios.Providing SME inputs to Training Departments on current and future operational employment and relevant tactics, techniques, and procedures.Maintaining currency and proficiency with appropriate tactics training SME lectures and provide input to future updates FRS and Fleet Mission Planning (e.g., JMPS).Conduct all other duties as directed/assigned in the Statement of Work / ContractFormer / Current EA-18G Aircrew (NFO or Pilot) with GWTO Level 3 Mission Commander Qualifications. Completed a 3-year operational Fleet tour Completed a 2-year EA-18G Instructor tour (e.g., NAWDC / FRS / Test Pilot). Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to receive and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.Upon selection, will be subject to additional Government vetting IAW requirements as a condition of employment.The applicant must be a U.S. citizen, possess ability to obtain a U.S. passport and must have and maintain a valid driver's licenseRequires mental alertness and acute concentration for prolonged periods of time and the physical ability to walk, stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.Present a professional appearanceUpon hire, will be subject to additional Government vetting in IAW requirements.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
