Perform the duties of aRelationship Banker and directly manage 1-5 bankers assigned to thebranch. Serve as second in command when the Bank or Market Manager isout of the branch. Work collaboratively with the Teller Supervisor andbankers to ensure established sales, service, operational and financialgoals are met or exceeded. Direct the day-to-day sales activities of theoffice striving to acquire new consumer and small business households,and cross-sell to new and existing households.
