  We are seeking an Assistant Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits team. Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and partner insurance carriers.

  Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the account-service process Marketing to carriers Preparing RFPs Gathering/preparing census data Preparing quotes and proposals Assisting with Open Enrollment meetings / materials. Other related account-service duties, as necessary WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred) Have at least 3+ years of related employee benefits experience within a brokerage environment Life & Health license is preferred Have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization Are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Are well-organized with excellent verbal and communication skills #LI-RS

  The expected salary range for this position is $64,480 - $67,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.

  Department Account Management & Service

  Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

  Required Travel: No Travel Required

  Required Education: High school or equivalent
