　　Service Technicians contribute to our mission of saving and sustaining lives by working as a part of a team on the service line to perform either the repair and/or electrical mechanical testing on medical device equipment. Ensuring the highest quality, individuals follow documented standard work instructions and document findings into the system of record. Individuals may also assist other areas of the value stream such as shipment preparation, repair, or testing.
