　　We are looking for a labor r elations b usiness partner , senior who will be part of a dedicated cross functional team to provide labor relations support to partners and our leaders throughout retail, manufacturing, and distribution. The function will support local leaders with resources to help lead through union activity with dignity and respect for our partners, while partnering with local leaders and support teams to focus on proactively uplifting the partner experience across North America through activating the most important strategic partner & store initiatives, leveraging analytics & data to generate insights, and acting as an advocate for all partners.

　　_ _ As a labor relations business partner senior , you will…

　　Knowledge of collective bargaining, grievance processes, contract administration, and labor and management relationships.Knowledge of employment and labor laws such as ADA, FMLA, National Labor Relations Act,etc.

　　Leverages data and insights to assess and drive action to elevate customer and partner experiences.

　　Inspires partners to emotionally connect to and embody our Mission & Values, and ensures that inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility are integrated into practices at all levels.

　　Ability to investigate and resolve grievances and workplace concerns including best practices as they relate to reducing bias during the investigation process.

　　Serves as a balanced advocate for all partners, while role modeling personal growth through self-awareness and reflection.

　　Demonstrates a growth mindset and acts as a catalyst for change – sees opportunities and drives improvements.

　　We’d love to hear from people with:

　　Understanding of labor and human resources related laws and regulations including but not limited to the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), Title VII, ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, FMLA & state/local laws and ordinances

　　3-7 years of experience in Labor Relations, Human Resources,or equivalent (e.g. negotiations preparation, bargaining, implementation and administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements).

　　Ability to articulate perspective and influence via effective verbal and written communication skills to peers and leaders

　　Solid technical business writing skills

　　Strong facilitation and presentation skills

　　Facilitate training courses and lead meetings

　　Proficient in technology and use of case management systems. For example: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and project management systems

　　The successful candidate must be capable of significant domestic travel, sometimes with short notice, 50% - 75% of the time.

　　We are open to relocation and this role can be based in any of the following states :

　　Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Iowa, Kansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota - must be located near a major airport

　　The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed.
