Description:

　　Candidate must have industrial, production, assembly or factory experience of some sort. They will be using hand and power tools as well as a tape measure. Candidate will be responsible for the assembly of the walls, floors, tops (roof), front or back of trailers. These are reefer trailers or trailers that haul dry product. Typically with the back of the trailer, they will be assisting with the doors. inspection and clean out of trailers could also be part to of the job. Candidate MUST be able to pass a tape measure test (Test is given in the office)- Start dates will be every Tuesday. 8 people per start date. Classroom training the first day and then day 2-4 are hands on tool training.- Orientation will be held by John the new trainer. this is a full day of orientation / safety training. please let your contractors know to be there 10-15 min early. if they show up at 8am john will send them home.- candidates will also be paired with a mentor for the first few weeks.- if on 2nd shift - contractor must be good training on days for 3-4 weeks or until they are comfortable on their own.- Websheet : contractors will just need to clock in and out each day on site.- Once hired on full time : VT Hackney pays weekly and benefits are offered day one.- Steel toes required, Jeans and work shirt.- Supervisors to ask for on 1st day: Jim, Lee or Ryan- Hours: 6am - 430pm (Mon - Thurs), 6am - 2pm (Friday), and if they need to do OT on saturday, hours are 6am - noon
