General Purpose and Scope of Position:The Product Compliance Coordinator will support and assist the ProductRegistration Department team in providing timely information to internaland external customers. This role is responsible for taking timely andappropriate actions to facilitate registration knowledge transfersacross all product lines: pesticides, adjuvants, and fertilizers. TheProduct Compliance Coordinator will also process and manage Departmentdocumentation for registration activities. For example, this individualwill foster an atmosphere within the Product Registration Departmentdominated by the desire to achieve \"excellence in the deliveredproduct.\" They will help ensure that the performance of the departmentis such that objectives as outlined in Strategic and Operating Plans aremet, with emphasis on effective resource utilization to reduceshareholder risk and maximize corporate value. Key Skills and AbilitiesInclude: A degree or certification in paralegal, document control, or asimilar focus is preferred, along with a background in agricultureExperience with document management and workflow Ability to communicatewith thoughtfulness and tact, above average customer service skillsProven organizational skills and multi-priority workload management.Above average abilities with Microsoft applications especiallySharePoint, Teams, and Excel Detail-oriented and self-motivated with asense of urgency Key Personal Attributes Include: Integrity andaccountability - Take ownership of key deliverables and use a proactiveapproach to problem-solving Interpersonal effectiveness - Is sensitiveto different points of view and seeks to understand and resolveconflicts/issues constructively.
