POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Lending ResponsibilitiesWill interact with members primarily over the phone, taking calls in thephone queue. Understand, educate, and advise members of all ConsumerLoan products available. Complete application process and all necessarysupport paperwork within federal guidelines/timelines. Educate memberson credit union products and services by informing members of availablefinancial services including, but not limited to savings/checkingaccounts, CDs, IRA\'s, HSA\'s, credit cards, savings bonds, securities,safe deposit boxes. Meet call sales queue expectations along withproduction and accuracy goals. General Responsibilities Create the VerveExperience by growing positive relationships with members, representingVerve\'s brand, and living our Patch Values. Promote cooperation withall team members to ensure team effort and prompt member service. Openmember accounts and complete all necessary paperwork associated with theprocess. Answer members\' general inquiries: account balances, rateinformation, hours or operation, branch locations, ATMs, membershiprequirements, and products available. Investigate and correct errors onmember accounts. Assist the Member Service Team as needed. Maintain aprofessional image of the credit union with every team member and memberinteraction. Comply with all aspects of BSA/AML and OFAC regulations asrelated to position. Yearly completion of all on-line compliancetraining as defined by Management. Attend required sales, services, anddepartment training classes to enhance skill level. Demonstrate theCredit Union\'s philosophy in all interactions and adhere to PatchValues with members, prospective members, and team members. Foster andmaintain an atmosphere of solutions, innovation, and continuousimprovement. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION ANDEXPERIENCE AA degree in Business Administration or a financial fielddesirable or 1-2 years relevant experience; equivalent education andexperience will be considered. Previous sales experience required.Experience in financial lending preferred.
