　　Zantech is looking for a talented Army Training Information Management System Team Lead to support this

　　Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

　　Under general direction, oversees the day-to-day operational planning, execution, and evaluation of a web-based multi-user, multi-hierarchy application.

　　Serves as principalpoint of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate.

　　Ensure ARTIMS Cybersecurity tasks are fully coordinated by and with Cybersecurity Lead.

　　Attend meetings as required to support the cyber security posture of the ARTIMS program

　　Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

　　7+ years or more of leading training sessions / lead instructors experience within a classroom environment or equivalent.

　　Demonstrated experience in leading a team to develop ARTIMS training program scenario- based POIs; including mobile training team training packages, Application Users Guide, Executive level overviews.

　　High School graduate

　　Have a working knowledge of US Army, including active force, ARNG and US Army training, contemporary on Army readiness and force generation concepts (current is ReARMM – Regional Alignment for Readiness and Modernization Model).

　　Demonstrated contract management deliverable management.

　　Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader of technical oriented experts.

　　Required Security Clearance:

　　At a minimum, a current SECRET (Interim or Final) security clearance“Outstanding Performance…Always!”
