　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in St. Inigoes, MD .

　　Responsibilities:

　　Oversee SE functions for in support of Navy Shipboard IFF equipment modernization.

　　Analyze, update, and validate system requirements in collaboration with customer.

　　Support WOLF customer’s MBSE transition initiatives

　　Support system component specification and procurement process.

　　Assist in the development of system test plans, procedures, and other technical documentation.

　　Support system integration in coordination with software engineers

　　Oversee system testing for system verification and certification, including environmental qualification testing appropriate for a ship-based environment.

　　Support customer’s system review processes for key project milestones.

　　Perform Risk Management and mitigation strategies.

　　Analyze technology/capability gaps.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or other Engineering Field

　　Model-Based Systems Engineering Experience

　　Practical application of SysML

　　Experience with Cameo

　　At least 10 years of applied systems engineering experience including requirements management and traceability.

　　Strong background and applied experience in systems engineering for military applications.

　　Must have an active secret clearance.

　　Preferred experience:

　　Familiarity with NAVAIR Systems Engineering Processes

　　Working knowledge of digital signal processing/IFF

　　Working knowledge of MatLab

　　Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills

　　Ability to work in an integrated team environment.

　　Education Requirements:

　　BS Electrical Engineering preferred but not required with appropriate tactical collection level experience.Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

　　Must be able to communicate converse and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

　　Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, computer printer and copy machine.

　　Security Clearance Requirements:

　　Secret Security Clearance required.

　　U.S. Citizenship required.
