　　The Diesel Mechanic will be accountable for maintaining, diagnosing, servicing and repairing our fleet of Ready-Mix trucks. This position involves working onsite in our Massena, NY location, and in the field; therefore, travel to various job sites is required. We are looking for someone with a positive demeanor and a team spirit. Safety is a priority.

　　Main Responsibilities

　　Ensure that all of the trucks/equipment are fully operable, with all of the safety equipment in place, and in compliance with all environmental regulations.

　　Diagnose, estimate and complete repairs at various locations/job sites.

　　Assist in data collection for maintenance databases.

　　Responsible for researching issues to find the solution.

　　Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management and keep them updated on a regular basis.

　　Perform major machine and component overhauls.

　　Skills

　　Excellent interpersonal skills

　　Strong work-ethic.

　　Strong problem-solving skills.

　　Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

　　Education

　　Valid driver's license

　　Two years' experience in the industry

　　Solid knowledge of diesel and equipment mechanics

　　Fleet management experience preferred.

　　Compensation

　　$ 30.00 per hour
