　　We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Ariba Procure to Pay (P2P) Specialist to join our Corporate Procurement team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Ariba Purchase to Pay system. In addition, you will collaborate with the Procurement department to collect and analyze data, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our procurement processes. What you will need to succeed:

　　Experience: Must have a proven track record in maintaining Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

　　Data Proficiency: Experience in pulling and analyzing data from ERP systems, particularly SAP.

　　Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will interact with internal customers and external vendors.

　　Analytical Skills: Possess above average cognitive thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

　　Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

　　Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Specifically skilled in VLOOKUPS, IF Statements, and Pivot Tables.

　　Responsibilities

　　Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) Specialist:

　　Work closely with the Ariba team to maintain and enhance the Ariba P2P system.

　　Manage and maintain Users & user approval groups within the system.

　　Handle the addition and maintenance of Vendors, including creating and maintaining catalogs and purchase orders.

　　Provide support to users by addressing Ariba-related questions and problems.

　　Ensure smooth transactions within the Ariba system, overseeing Purchase Requisitions and assisting in Invoice Reconciliations.

　　Procurement Data Specialist:

　　Collaborate with the Procurement department to collect data from various systems, particularly the SAP ERP system.

　　Run analytics and create Excel Spreadsheets & PowerPoint presentations to present data in an understandable format.

　　Contribute to ad hoc projects and assist in maintaining our Spend Analytics tool.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

　　Previous experience in a similar Procure to Pay role.

　　Familiarity with SAP ERP system.

　　Proven ability to manage and analyze data effectively.

　　Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
