　　工作职责 Responsibilities:

　　Grow the business aggressively in targeted market segments through direct sales; participate in contract negotiation and signing, accelerating payment collection

　　通过直销方式，在目标市场积极发展业务；参与合同的谈判与签订，并推动项目回款

　　Develop sales plans to achieve sales and profitability targets for each area

　　制定销售计划，完成区域内的销售和盈利目标

　　Establish and maintain good cooperative relationship with key clients

　　与大客户建立并保持良好的合作关系

　　Recruit, train, coach, manage and improve the performance of the assigned area sales engineers

　　招聘、培训、指导、管理和提高指定区域内的销售人员的绩效

　　Lead and motivate the area sales teams to maximize local business opportunities

　　Manage day-to-day operations of regional team

　　任职要求 Requirements:

　　About 5 years direct industry sales management experience

　　5 年工业产品直销管理经验

　　Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and people management skills

　　良好的领导、沟通、谈判、人际关系和人员管理技能

　　Strategic thinking and sound financial knowledge

　　战略思维和健全的财务知识

　　Leading by example high ethical, moral and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others
