This position is an OJT position and applicant must meed WIOA eligibility guidelines. The Clinical Care Assistant provides a range of client-centered services that link clients with health care and other services. Provides support services to the clinical specialist by answering incoming calls and appropriately routing them. Takes messages from callers and transcribes them to be addressed by clinical specialists. Retrieves voicemails and transcribes them for the clinical specialists. Assists patients with appointment scheduling. This position enhances the clinical specialist's ability to address calls in real-time, reduce the number for repeat callers and improve the overall abandonment rate. This position will increase proactive patient management and improve patient and provider satisfaction. Knowledge of Epic is preferred.
