What You Will DoParticipate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and productionCollaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall program and project objectivesTravel to project sites for due diligence and meetings with stakeholdersProduce graphic presentations, rendered plans, 3D rendered imagery, and construction drawingsUtilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts and iterative design solutions along with the ability to iterate in Autodesk RevitWork with multiple retail brands for locations across the US
Your QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture3-5yearsof related project experience in design and implementationProficiency in Autodesk, Revit, and 3D BIM software. Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop Experience in visualization tools such as Enscape and 3DViz is also recommended.Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirementsAbility to travel, at a minimum, anywhere in the United States and CanadaLEED accreditation a plusLicensed / Registered Architect (RA)
