The Application Systems Analyst works in the Talent ProductTeam within HR Technology focusing on the Avature platform. This personwill partner with various teams within IT and HR Solutions toinvestigate, analyze, review, configure, document business requirements,and create solutions. What You Will Do Working independently as an AgileBusiness Analyst. Liaising with subject matter experts globally andfacilitating workshops to understand, document and prioritize theirrequirements. Ability to clearly articulate, document, and communicaterequirements or provide recommendation on solution so a decision can bemade. Engage and build strong relationships and inspire confidence inyour ability to understand the business, its problems, its aspirations,and its success. System maintenance and configuration in Avature and itsassociated products. Planning and execution of testing to make suresolutions created are ready to release to customers. Responsible forsolving, stabilization, and documentation of complex cases as it relatesto Global/Enterprise HR technology, this could include break/fix, rootcause, and system gaps. Contribution motivated to share and gainknowledge, to present and execute well designed experiments and to lookat ways to improve processes or system. Ability to be a quick learnerand quickly apply learnings to contribute. Self-motivated and wants todig into items to seek to understand. Ability to work effectively withothers to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations andfeedback. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience leading systemimplementations or system upgrades. Leading initiatives from inceptionto post go live, including, documenting requirements, configuration, andchanges to all necessary parties.
