As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Extensive knowledge and understanding of Oracle applications based solutions. - Extensive experience selling, executing and leading all aspects of complex engagements within the Oracle product suite achieving on-time and on-budget delivery. - Strong ability to work independently, develop new market-differentiated Oracle solutions and lead proposal development efforts. - Extensive Oracle consulting knowledge with deep experience assisting clients in the implementation and support of Oracle application packaged solutions and improving business processes. Extensive knowledge and exposure to common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology or utilities.- Extensive experience and broad subject matter expertise with the Oracle product suite leading technical development efforts and off-shore development resources. - Extensive experience designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an Oracle environment. - Extensive experience designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful Oracle solutions. - Thorough experience identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection. - Thorough experience as a team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.

The salary range for this position is: $142,500 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
