Working Monday - Friday and is part of an on-call rotation.[As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you are a multi-faceted maintenance professional providing quality service in a timely manner to our residents and community. This role is responsible for conducting efficient daily maintenance tasks while increasing the asset value and integrity of the community.[A successful Apartment Maintenance Technician is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a team player, and takes pride in their work. 　　Prepare apartments for occupancy including but not limited to: painting, drywall repair, trash out, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical repairsPerform required building and preventative maintenancePerform service requests for residents in a timely mannerClean pools as directed, monitor chemical balance, maintain logs as required by city ordinances, when applicableMust take part in the on-call rotation, as scheduledEnsure market ready apartments, common areas and amenities are clean and maintained daily to Weidners quality standardsMonitor supplies and maintain equipmentEnsure maintenance shop/custodial area is clean, organized, and professionally presentable at all timesRegular and effective communication with Community Director/Service Manager/Maintenance SupervisorInspect, respond to, and follow up with safety issues, accidents, liabilities and emergency situations immediately[Qualifications:]{open="" sans",sans-serif"=""}

　　1-2 years maintenance experience required, HVAC, CPO, EPA certification desired

　　Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, swimming pool maintenance, appliances, building systems, irrigation systems, and HVAC systems
