Objectives of the role
Administer various initiatives and programs, from design through successful execution, with guidance from senior leadership and his/her functional heads.
Drive function-wide efficiency and effectiveness by improvising the current processes and organizational design.
Drive programs to find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
Responsibilities
Liaison with Executives, Senior leaders and employees on project updates, proposals, planning and employee well-being,
Assist the hiring managers with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns.
Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers to ensure the timely completion and follow through on various deliverables.
Serve as a subject-matter expert of Finance Operations to handle inquiries and develop action plans to build and run an effective and sustainable organization.
Education and Experience Required:
First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
12+ years of experience in a large multinational organization.
Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams.
Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity.
Experience in data analysis and budget management.
Experience in operations management and strong project-reporting skills.
Proven success in a project coordination role.
Agile business mind, focused on developing creative solutions.
