　　We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks to keep our client's apartment community running smoothly.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Install faucetsUnclog sinks and toiletsReplace shower heads, blinds, thermostats, etc.Assist maintenance supervisor with two-person jobsQualifications:

　　Proven experience in a similar roleBasic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systemsGood physical condition and strengthAttention to detailReliability and dependabilityAdherence to safety and quality standardsWillingness to grow with the companyWork Schedule:
