　　Our Android Software Engineer is responsible for the performance ofprofessional work in the research, development, design, testing,analysis, production, maintenance, or operation of company productlines. Significant latitude is given to work within the team to developsuperior designs and innovative solutions as well as improve thedevelopment processes. Expected to demonstrate leadership within theteam and lead team projects as required.

　　PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

　　As a fully competent software engineer, independently evaluates,selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures andcriteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications.Designs and codes software with exceptional quality, meetingdesignated release plans and delivery commitments.Independently performs assignments, within scope of defined program,with instructions as to general results expected.Follows industry standard practices of conducting design reviews,code walk throughs, unit level testing, and integration testing.Works closely with the Software Quality Assurance team to test,troubleshoot, resolve, and release production software.Ensures prompt response to production and customer issues.Ability to work well with others, learn on the job, and thrive in adynamic work environment.REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

　　3+ years of demonstrable experience in OOP software design anddevelopment3+ years of experience with Java/KotlinExperience building and debugging Android applicationsStrong understanding of software design patterns and how, why, andwhen to apply themSolid foundation in data structures, algorithms and design withstrong analytical and debugging skillsConfident team player motivated by a fast-paced environment.Ability to learn existing architecture quicklyStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsPREFERRED SKILLS

　　Basic knowledge of the Linux OS is a plusExperience with Firebase Crashlytics and Real Time Databases.EDUCATION
