The Worksite Client Well-being Consultant plays a vital role in the Achieve Well-being @Work program. Collaborating closely with the sales team and our preferred wellness vendors, the consultant engages with pharmacy covered, group leaders to deliver customized wellness solutions, ensuring a healthy, motivated, and engaged workforce. This includes analyzing utilization data and engaging in meaningful discussions with customers to pinpoint their unique requirements and cater programs/solutions to their population's needs. Furthermore, the consultant fosters cross-functional collaboration with the clinical team to consistently evolve product offerings in line with customer needs.
The Client Well-being Consultant: * Is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive wellness programs to foster a healthy and engaged workplace for the pharmacy plan covered groups using their wellness credits. * Develops and maintains a consultative relationship with brokers, consultants, and customers to maximize opportunity for employee well-being. * Assesses opportunities to leverage company strengths in recommending new categories for programming and vendor solutions. * Analyzes data related to the group's utilization, employee feedback, and interest surveys to make data-driven suggestions for workplace well-being programs that address the needs of each unique member population. * is responsible for strategic and consultative presentations of wellness offerings to customers and clients. * Provides input and partners with marketing and creative departments regarding well-being presentations and well-being communications materials as needed. * Participates in sales meetings, presentations, and site visits to cultivate account relationships with Group Leaders, Consultants, Brokers, and Members. * Attends external events with clients as needed. * Establishes key performance indicators to measure and evaluate the impact of the wellness programs. * Researches market and industry data for competitive advantages while identifying market trends * This is a 'hybrid of choice' role that requires generally 1-2 days per week of in-person client meetings and onsite activities.
QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree preferred. * 6+ years of relevant work experience (i.e., project management, campaign management) * Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment * Collaborative disposition with proven ability to influence leadership and indirect peers * Proven strategic thinking skills. * Possesses superior organizational, analytical, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills * Able to translate customer needs into business requirements * Successful track record of driving results across multiple channels and initiatives * Passion for health improvement * Health engagement and promotion experience preferred * Positive role model influencing others through coaching and lifestyle
