This role will be a part of Survey Solutions and Insights team. The analyst will work on survey setup, administration and data reporting using various tools like, Forsta (Confirmit), Qualtrics, etc. The role demands the individual to have an eye for detail, understanding of survey tool, Forsta (Confirmit) and / or Qualtrics, and ability to work on reporting and analysis of data.

　　Must have:

　　Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Application or equivalent

　　6 months - 2 years of relevant experience

　　Experience of using Forsta (Confirmit) (Authoring, Reportal / Studio) / Qualtrics or any survey programming tools

　　Communication (Written & Oral) excellence – English language.

　　Proficiency in using MS Office.

　　Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders globally.

　　Ability to understand complex real world business problems, often in ambiguous scenario, and transform into workable solutions.

　　Good To Have:

　　certification in Agile

　　JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, jQuery

　　VBA scripting

　　Familiar to Agile principles

　　Exposure to MS Visio, MS Project, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint

　　Experience in survey data analysis
