Description: This position is responsible for welding together metal components with arc and gas welding equipment to fabricate or repair products such as machine bases, parts, plant equipment. All managers, supervisors and employees are responsible for supporting company quality policies and initiatives, as well as promoting and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Responsible for planning, determining/selecting appropriate welding procedures and techniques.
Responsible for performing welding ranging from standard to specialized and involved, using arc or gas methods (or combinations) to weld diversified work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent.
Blueprint reading skill required.
Required to know welding symbols.
Welding Entry requirements: Industrial Welding and six months experience.
Welder B requirements: Industrial Welding and 3-7 years experience.
Welder A requirements: Industrial Welding and 7-10 years experience.
