  As an Analyst , you will responsible for supporting the Employee Benefits Division by providing administrative and client support both internally and externally to team members, prospects and clients alike. We are seeking a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail to join our downtown Vancouver office in a Regular Full Time position .

  Our Downtown Vancouver location is centrally located in the heart of the business district, in the Bentall office complex. This location is easily accessible by the Burrard and Vancouver City Centre sky train stations with many shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.

  The Responsibilities Actively support all admin functions on client accounts, as required Support with the organization of client meetings, events, and presentations Maintain accurate renewal calendars while communicating renewal timelines to Service Managers and Consultants Prepare client documents, including renewals, proposals, claims history and correspondence Prepare spreadsheets and requests for proposal to insurers (client marketing exercises) Summarize all insurer proposals for Advisor and clients, using our qualitative and quantitative analysis templates Prepare sales presentations for Service Reps and Consultants Prepare and submit expense reports for Advisors Work with insurer websites to obtain client data for reports and presentations Support with claims handling and plan member setup Managing proper electronic filing of all client documentation (contracts, booklets, billings, renewals, etc.) Prepare mock premium billing statements for clients, as required Data entry into various HUB systems Some client service duties may be required depending on the candidate The Requirements Diploma in Business Administrative program or an equivalent combination of experience and education 2-3 years' experience in similar administrative roles Strong attention to detail Solid work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, most importantly Excel Proven ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Exceptional organizational and time management skills Excellent communication both written and orally Asset experience that will make you stand out: Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and current Life License (Insurance Council of BC) is not required but would be an asset. Anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $67,000
