Accounts Receivable Analyst (entry level, 6 Months to 2 years)

　　Overview:

　　We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with excellent accounts receivable knowledge as well as strong communication skills. This role will report to the Collections Manager, Accounting and will focus primarily on collections and Cash Applications. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will also support the Accounting department by contributing to the accurate and timely processing of cash receipts, distributing daily cash collection reports to management, coordinating with sales professionals and keeping accurate and timely collection records. 　　Key Responsibilities

　　Contacting customers for overdue paymentsProcessing daily cash receipts and compiling and distributing daily cash collection analyses to accounting team and managersInvestigate and resolve payment discrepanciesCoordinating with Sales professionals on follow-up effortsKeeping accurate and timely collection records on accountsMonth-end close activities, such as assisting with bank reconciliations

　　Required Skills

　　• Associate's degree or higher, preferably in Accounting

　　• Working knowledge of accounts receivable, billing and collections process (prior, related work experience a plus)

　　• Excellent customer service and communication skills

　　• Intermediate Level Excel experience (working with and organizing large sets of data; use of lookup formulas and Pivot Tables)

　　• Experience with Great Plains and Salesforce a plus
