  ​This job is within the American Airlines Credit Union. The role is responsible for working on Loan and Account Servicing projects, measuring performance and profitability of Credit Union products, driving the growth of ancillary products, and managing core system jobs, testing and reports.

  What you'll do

  Maintain, update and test the core system for loan and account processes

  Maintain and update Servicing & Title department policies and procedures

  Ensure SCRA procedures are operating in compliance with regulation

  Lead and assist on a wide variety of Servicing & Titles projects to enhance employee and member experience and automation with existing loans and accounts, including ancillary products

  Develop and implement methods to increase the utilization of ancillary products

  Research and problem solving on systematic or ongoing loan and account issues

  Assist with complex research and adjustment items

  Create, review and maintain Loan Servicing & Titles analytics, statistics, and queries, including product performance and profitability

  Manage loan and account daily, weekly, monthly jobs in core system

  Assist with Title and ancillary products general ledger review and adjustments

  Measure and identify opportunities to improve the profitability and usage of ancillary products

  Manage and reconcile ancillary product sales and reporting

  Work in a team environment, serving as an advocate for our members and employees

  Perform other duties as assigned

  The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

  All you'll need for success

  Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  ​High School diploma or GEDPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  ​Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance

  Previous banking or Credit Union experience

  Previous loan or account servicing or processing experience

  Experience and knowledge of systems: Episys, Sequel and Excel-Intermediate/Advanced skill set

  Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  ​Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software

  Ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff and work closely with multiple departments

  Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while managing projects in accordance with short- and long-range objectives

  Ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and effectively implement change when needed

  Ability to perform mathematical calculations and to research, analyze, and report data with little guidance

  Ability to perform proficiently in handling multiple projects/tasks

  Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with minimal supervision

  Ability to self-motivate with strong organization skills and capacity for attention to detail

  Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines

  Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance

  Ability to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks
