　　Gestionar y cerrar las reclamaciones interpuestas al cliente.

　　Actualizar la cartera asignada de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.

　　Identificar eficiencias en los procesos desarrollados que minimicen tiempos de gestion y errores de calidad.Trabajo en turnos rotativos de lunes a sabado entre las 4 am y las 5 pm . Se trabajan los dias festivos de Colombia que sean dias habiles en el pais del cliente. Se estima un trabajo hibrido con tres días en oficina y 2 de casa
