　　Airport Loding Dock Organizer

　　SALARY | $20.50/hr .

　　The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.Position Summary Details

　　Support logistics and loading dock operations at the Terminal 4, by assisting needs and requirements and loading dock areas, Retail Service Coordinator, other storage/back of the house when determined.

　　Organize and remove items in the back-of -the house area including and not limited to

　　Pallets

　　Oversized trash

　　Improperly disposed of the cooking oil into approved containers

　　Report logistical issues such as, including but not limited to, the ones listed below:

　　Improperly dispose of cooking oil

　　Improperly staged equipment or stored items

　　Degradation or damage to affiliated areas

　　Collaborate with Internal and External vendors.

　　Determine which and how many pallets need to be removed.

　　Stage pallets or other materials for pickup

　　Facilitate oversize equipment movement as required.

　　Provide general housekeeping services within the loading dock, holding room and back service coordinator in communication with the tenants. Keep the area clean and organized.

　　Conduct walkthroughs of specific area at the terminal to determine needs and report issues.

　　Brief and coordinate with JFKIAT Logistics tam to determine needs for the day, and see what the issues need to be addressed

　　Escalate, as needed, any safety, security, or hazard issues. Coordinate with security officers and assist as needed.

　　Wear proper safety uniform and equipment including safety shoes and vest, etc.

　　Always provide outstanding customer and employee service and present a neat and clean appearance

　　Perform other additional tasks that are related to loading dock operations or listed within the published post standard

　　Qualifications

　　Must be 18 years of age or older

　　Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

　　Customer Service Experience

　　1 yr of similar work experience
