　　This opportunity entails being responsible for managing assigned projects related to municipal infrastructure such as City and County road, water, wastewater, stormwater, and other related municipal amenities. Managing project(s) throughout their full lifecycle including developing the scope and technical sections of proposal and procurement documents to participating in contract negotiations and overseeing the delivery of the project plan to successfully accomplish HNTB’s 4 for 4 performance: delivery of quality work, on time, on budget and to the client’s satisfaction on every project. This position proactively manages the budget, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client communications in support of the project’s objectives. Provides high level technical tasks while managing and reviewing design related specifications, calculations, reports and plans. Coordinates with internal and external partners including cross-discipline and functional teams to address and problem solve design related issues or concerns. The project manager is expected to be familiar with local, county, and state stormwater management and soil erosion control standards. They are also expected to analyze engineering sketches, specifications, and related data and drawings to perform necessary design.
