DESCRIPTION OF WORKThe primary objective of this internship is to contribute to the creation and enhancement of various promotional and educational initiatives. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employmentThe employment period will occur between the dates of 5/1/24 - 8/30/24.Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.Telework: Interns will have the opportunity to work from home (telework), part-time on a schedule that aligns with their supervisor so they are in the office on the same days. No full time telework will be approved. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you must report to the office in Harrisburg.Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. QUALIFICATIONSInternship Requirements:Current full-time enrollment in a bachelor's degree or advanced degree program in an acceptable major.Freshman year completed.Good academic standing (2.0 GPA or higher).Students in the following majors:Marketing/Advertising/Communications/GraphicsEnvironmental ScienceBusiness AdministrationAn approved major course which includes a qualifying 24 credit hours of study in the physical, biological and environmental sciences may be acceptable.Pennsylvania residency or enrollment at a Pennsylvania college or university.
Additional Requirements:This position requires a valid Class C non-commercial driver's license.You must be able to perform essential job functions.
