　　Currently, we are seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented Agile Scrum Master in support of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Continuous Diagnostic & Mitigation (CDM) Data Services Program. The CDM Data Services Program is a critical component of CISA’s national effort to ensure the defense and resilience of cyberspace. This is a remote position where the candidate can work from any location within the United States provided, they are able to work on an eastern time zone schedule.

　　The CDM Data Services Program mission is to provide a standardized platform to collect, transform, and integrate cybersecurity data from relevant authoritative data sources into a coherent data, delivering actionable information into Agency and Federal Dashboards to identify risk areas in support of mitigation as well as to facilitate coordinated agency and national response to cyber-threats.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Agile processes, managing and executing backlog refining sessions for sprint teams, and providing recommendations based on metrics evaluated.

　　Working with the Product Owners for backlog grooming including prioritization. Ensuring prioritization of features/capabilities with the customer to ensure higher priority items are identified and implemented first.

　　Serving the Product Owners/Client and Scrum Teams by guiding the team on how to use the agile processes. Developing and maintaining relationships with internal/external customers.

　　Providing leadership to ensure the scrum team attains the most value from a self-organized team.

　　Taking responsibility for impediments including resolving impediments, providing guidance for removing impediments, and escalating impediments to ensure quick resolution.

　　Facilitation of technical discussions, decision making, impediment resolution and conflict resolution.

　　Ensuring transparency from Product Owner to scrum team by facilitating internal and external communication.

　　Performing continual assessment of the maturity of the scrum team and providing coaching and insight in support of greater maturity.

　　Commitment to continuous process improvement including active facilitation of reviews and retrospectives and incorporation of lessons learned for future sprints.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　One or more of the following certifications: Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster (CSP-SM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Scaled Agilist (SA), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)

　　A bachelor’s degree in computer-related field, or equivalent work experience.

　　A minimum of (4) four years of experience in IT Project Management in Agile environments.

　　A minimum of (3) three years of experience of managing and updating story, tasks, epic in Atlassian JIRA platform (or similar platform).

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Working knowledge and/or certification in SAFe methodology.

　　Passion for managing and exceeding customer expectations.

　　Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements.

　　Hands-on experience, in a servant leadership role, within in a scaled Agile environment utilizing SAFe

　　Security Clearance Requirements

　　Must be a U.S. citizen

　　Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability

　　Physical Requirements

　　Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

　　Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

　　The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
