　　Drive to maximise repair process and fast turnaround of all repairs to site and customers ensuring Safe and Compliant work standards and with optimum inventory and cost.

　　Lead and motivate the Repairs process and function.

　　Job Description

　　Roles and Responsibilities :

　　Ensure Safe and Compliant work standards and practices.

　　Manage all communication verbal and written between Project, Site and Repair Cell, ensure all processes followed and efficient, including RMA, ERN SAP this list is not exhaustive.

　　To achieve targeted repairs on a Weekly/ Monthly /Quarterly basis. Continually looking to improve process and turnaround.

　　To lead Repairs process in SAP ensuring materials and trade done efficiently and timely.

　　To manage queries from Project, Site and Region in terms of repairs

　　To Lead planning for repairs

　　Ensure operational alignment with Customer Delivery Requirement and business KPIs.

　　Liase with Projects to ensure timely collection of repaired units

　　Agree drop off dates with Project, Site and Region

　　To drive process improvements to eliminate “waste”

　　To drive data driven Daily Management system to monitor performance

　　To motivate and manage team’s performance and individual poor performance, if any, to achieve business goals

　　To coordinate with other functions to achieve overall business objectives.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Have a good knowledge on SD Module in SAP or any other equivalent ERP system

　　Experience of applying Daily management tools, process mapping, waste hunting and Problem solving tools to improve efficiency

　　Good People Leadership skills and communication skills

　　Excellent attitude towards change and continuous improvement

　　Good team working and ability to understand and support business requirements
