Description

Our client is seeking a strong Project Manager/Coordinator to step in as Chief of Staff to support their implementation of Oracle. This is an 8+ month contract, requiring three days of on-site work each week at the client's location in the Salt Lake City Metro area. Candidates with change management experience are encouraged to consider this role.

Responsibilities:

Assist in execution of communications to the organization;

Participating in content review process to ensure high quality and effective communication;

Assisting in guiding communication associates in their duties and tasks;

Participating in communication process reviews to contribute to potential improvements;

Assisting in producing Town Hall events for all team members;

Handling responses and managing incoming communications;

Creating content to support change awareness and stakeholder engagement;

Assisting in promoting Change Management efforts and education;

Support in managing IT assets;

Assisting in organizing meetings and ensuring smooth proceedings;

Assisting in managing video documentation and organization;

Providing support to the leadership team

Requirements

Some experience in project management, preferable with exposure to Oracle systems;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Teamwork skills and ability to assist in leadership duties;

Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;

Basic knowledge of technology (video conferencing, email management as examples);

Basic understanding or willingness to learn about change management strategies and practices;

Must be on-site three days a week at the client location in the Salt Lake City Metro area.
