　　Advisory and Brokerage Accounting Associate

　　We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Advisory & Brokerage Controllers team. The team member would be a self-starter responsible for managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment. This role will have the opportunity to engage with groups across the organization as part of key business projects and initiatives.

　　Prepare monthly invoices for reimbursable expenses to be sent to clients and manage accounts receivable process

　　Serve as liaison between the line of business and centralized accounts payable processing function on all matters related to vendors and accounts payable

　　Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting processes

　　Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations

　　Support quarterly SEC and/or Regulatory Reporting as well as other ad hoc reporting requests

　　Interact directly with key business partners, Finance associates, and associates throughout the controller's group

　　Review General Ledger for accuracy of expense allocation by departments and cost centers

　　Identify and drive process efficiencies

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree or military experience

　　At least 1 year of experience in accounting, or finance, or securities or a combination

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting

　　At least 2 years of accounting or securities industry experience or a combination

　　Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Series License 7, or 10, or 24, or 27, or 99 or any combination
