　　We are seeking a highly motivated accountant to join the Retail Bank Controllers Team as an Accounting Manager with a focus on the oversight of accounting, controls, and internal management reporting, as well as participation in special projects. You will be a self-starter responsible for the functional management of a small team while overseeing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast paced, time sensitive environment. This role will have the opportunity to engage with groups across the organization as part of new technology implementation, issue resolution and process improvement.

　　Functional Lead of the Retail Bank Accounting Reconciliation Controls team, with oversight of daily and monthly control execution

　　Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide meaningful subject matter support, evaluate and mitigate risks, and implement process or product changes

　　Drive progress on our process efficiency & automation agenda

　　Collaborate with the Accounting Shared Systems team and other Controllers Groups on projects and change management, including work related to our Global Finance Systems and Reconciliation system enhancements, upgrades, and future state control environment.

　　Provide support for audit, risk and compliance groups as necessary

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree or military experience

　　At least 5 years experience in Accounting, Financial Services Industry or a combination

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　At least 1 year of Financial System experience

　　At least 1 year of experience implementing process improvement projects

　　Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness in constantly changing environment

　　Ability to apply integrative thinking in complex situations, identify issues and propose solutions

　　Analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to integrate information from different sources to solve problems and improve processes
