  We are looking for an experienced workplace investigator to join our team as Advisor, Employee Relations, a key member of the Employee Relations Center of Excellence (COE). The successful candidate will have experience conducting workplace investigations within the US, delivering ER support to select business segments while working closely with Employment Legal teams, Human Resources Business Partners and other COE partners to deliver fair and consistent ER services.

  Support WME's culture and values through completion of thorough workplace investigations addressing a wide range of employee relations concerns including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other violations of company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.Provide and/or act as point of contact support for WME employees for all ER issues to ensure clear communication and efficiency in resolving matters. Demonstrate a strong ability to listen, care, and connect with all levels of employees to ensure they feel safe, valued, and respected.Respond to inquiries and provide general ER guidance to ensure compliance with HR and ER policies. Manage intake of information and record/report according to ER protocols.Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation regarding all cases in case management system(s).Leverage ER investigation data to provide Business Unit leaders with reports on their organizational health, identify and tailor employee and team training opportunities, and utilize data to support policy development to ensure best practice approaches to workplace concerns.Communicate regularly to VP Employee Relations regarding investigation statuses; provide timely reports with supporting documentation for all completed investigations.Partner with Employment Legal in drafting and review of investigation reports; prepare recommendations and report investigation findings to appropriate levels within WME.Develop and maintain effective relationships with HR Business Partners to promote positive employee relations throughout the organization and ensure a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement. Attend HRBP meetings to act as an advisor on management of workplace matters and a resource partner for all available ER tools.Partner with HR Business Partners on the development and implementation of corrective action and performance improvement plans. Work with HR to create tailored and impactful Aftercare plans.Develop and maintain trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders across WME to best facilitate and deliver recommendations on outcomes.Provide support with the analysis of key ER metrics. Craft and deliver reports that are accurate and concise.Assist with updating and communicating ER policies and procedures, as needed.Work with L&OD partners on assigning training capsules and other post-investigation resources.Post articles and resources to the ER Library when necessary.Dialogue with Inclusion partners where appropriateMultitask and prioritize caseload with other tasks that may be required from partner COEs.

  You Have These:

  Bachelor's degree2-3 years' experience in an ER or HR Business Partner capacity preferredDemonstrated experience with employee investigationsAbility to quickly and effectively build relationships with HRBPs and managers across the business unitDemonstrated ability to manage multiple case demands, competing prioritiesAbility to communicate effectively to a diverse audience at all levels of the organizationExcellent listening, verbal and written communication skillsHigh degree of professionalism and sensitivity coupled with sound judgment and decision-making skillsAbility to work and think independently and identify when to engage other stakeholdersExcellent technical skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applicationsImpeccable attention to detailProven ability to intake and maintain discretion with sensitive and/or confidential information at all times

  We'd Love If You Also Have These:

  Experience/fluency with case management software strongly preferredPHR CertificationInvestigation experience in medium to large employer environments

  Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

  Hiring Range Minimum:

  $64,875 annually

  Hiring Range Maximum:

  $86,500 annually
