　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist students, one on one or as a classroom aide, with meeting objectives/goals as stated in their IEP

　　Facilitates teacher directed learning activities that involve lesson plans, worksheets, reinforcement systems, small groups, social games, work assistance, etc.

　　Implements behavior management techniques at the direction of the teacher and/or school professional (i.e. BCBA, Psychologists)

　　Requirements:

　　Must be 18 years of age or older

　　High school Diploma or equivalent required

　　Experience acting as a school or classroom aide/behavior technician preferred

　　Current certificate as applicable per state and/or client requirement may be required
