　　About the Role:

　　The Advanced Practice Registered works with a team of professionalsocial workers, clinicians, case managers and others to ensureintegrated care for adults experiencing serious mental illness. As amember of the client care team, the APRN will establish therapeuticrelationships in order to facilitate client progress with treatmentgoals. To be effective, the APRN will have the demonstrated ability tobalance independent clinical decision making with appropriateconsultation from providers.

　　Qualifications:

　　- Master\'s Degree in Nursing along with the appropriate NursePractitioner certification required.

　　- Unrestricted, current and complete State of Vermont APRN licenserequired (or ability to attain upon employment).

　　- Experience working with adults with severe and persistent mentalillness, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, andco-occurring developmental disabilities and/or medical conditionsrequired.

　　- Demonstrated current knowledge of psychiatric medications.

　　- Solid computer skills and familiarity with operating an ElectronicMedical Record required.

　　- Ability to demonstrate compassion, sensitivity, and reasoning skills.

　　- Must have a valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation withpersonal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levelsmandated by the State of Vermont.

　　- *Successful completion of a criminal history background check afterhire.
