  What you will accomplish

  Qualify, follow up, educate and develop a substantial volume of inbound& outbound leads toprogress prospects further into Cribl's sales processEfficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads according to set SLAsGenerate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives usingCribl's qualificationcriteriaResearch target new accounts, identify key personas, add contacts,emails and generate interestthrough cold discovery calls and email campaignsLeverage taught sales techniques to maximize customer interactions enough toprovide high levelintroductionUse of strong selling and influencing skills to understand and uncovercustomer needs andbusiness challenges to effectively pitch how Cribl solves themLog, track, and maintain Salesforce consistently according to Cribl'slead to opportunity flowprocessAccurately distribute leads/meetings through discovery to assig ned salesexecutivesConsistently achieve meeting quota to ensure territory revenue and growthobjectives are metWork closely with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings as requiredAttend sales meetings, training, and local trade shows to keep currentwith technology.Work directly with marketing to drive continuous improvement in lead qualityconversion ratesand pipeline generation

  What you bring

  Minimum of 1-3 years of previous prospecting experienceFamiliarity with systems. Specifically Salesforce, Outreach.io, andZoomInfo and other prospectingtoolsExcellent written/verbal communication skillsStrong business and tech acumenHighly motivated, driven and self-starting individualAbility to work in a fast paced, team environmentAbility to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successfulproduct saleExcellent time management/organizational skillsPrior lead generation or sales prospecting experience and a college degreewill enhance yourconsideration for this role.

  On Target Earnings Range ($80,000-$90,000)

  The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salaryoffered will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge,skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl alsooffers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental,vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays andpaid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity.The total compensation offered for this position includes acommission/incentiv
