Purpose
Introduction to the corporate administrative function to apply and practice organizational principles and skills in a work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Direction
Perform work under direct supervision of an experienced professional and follow established procedures and clearly defined processes.
At the Operational and Company Level
Interact with multiple departments and peers within the organization and participate in intern program learning and development opportunities. Do the Work
Assist with greeting and orienting scheduled visitors.
Assist with preparation of meetings, agendas, reservations, and facilities.
Aid communication between internal and external clients, Project Managers, and other staff.
Work with administrative staff, when necessary, to disseminate information to local offices and between workgroups and outside stakeholders.

Education, Work Experience, Licensure/Certifications, and Technical Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate experience required.
Enrolled in a college degree program pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Two or more (2+) years of practical work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Physical Demands and Working Environment
Primarily indoor professional office environment which may include bright/dim light, noise, fumes, odors, and traffic.
Mobility around an office environment.
Frequent and prolonged use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Occasional lifting or carrying up to 20 pounds.
Occasional pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds.
Occasional reaching outward or above shoulder.
