Position Purpose (Summary)
Assist the Compliance Manager and the Finance Manger to provideadministrative, operational, and technical support. Attain and maintain aqualified workforce to guide the development of our projects, program,internships, and young adults.
Essential Job FunctionsAssist employee, member, and intern relation matters such asrecruitment, orientation, performance management, employee concerns andmentoring processes.Regularly communicate and collaborate with other members of staff.Follow trends in policies.Implement the organization's recruitment strategy.Conduct onboarding process and maintaining records for members.Assist in compliance.Help implement the e-Grants program.Help implement organizational spreadsheet management.Monitor the attendance/ time off requests.Conduct member entrance/exit surveys.Ensure member follow up for grant compliance.Verify timesheet accuracy and process semi-monthly payroll when necessary.Represent WCCC and Mesa Partners at conferences, fundraisers,community, job fairs and other events.Perform office administration duties such as phone calls, email,filing, mailing, data entry, reporting, etc.Manage social media campaigns and accounts for all purposes.Receipt ProcessingAssist with planning, implantation, and production of allfundraising events including vendor relationships, budgets, and eventlogistics. May coordinate activities related to event program.Develop and maintain network contacts, sponsors, and vendors.Coordinate and manage community fundraising efforts including ColoradoGives, Nonprofit of the Month, etc.Other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience RequirementsHigh School degree preferred.
