Description Accounting/Payroll Admin

　　Immediate opening for Accounting/Payroll Admin to work on site in Fullerton, CA 92831

　　The duties of the Accounting/Payroll Admin will include:

　　The Accounting/Payroll Admin will maintain the integrity of payroll and timekeeping to ensure accurate information for reporting of payroll data.

　　Be responsible for daily update of management reports on sales and inventory and financial report and provide supports with the accounting entries for month-end functions.

　　The Accounting/Payroll Admin must meet all following requirements:

　　Education Requirements: High School diploma.

　　Bachelors Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.

　　• 3 years of payroll experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

　　3 years of experience using Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP Experience

　　QAD/Steline experience preferred.
