About Administrative Assistant I - Operations

　　This position supports the Associate Vice President of Operations,Director of Facilities Management and Director of University Servicesproviding assistance with day-to-day operations, excellent customerservice, creating spreadsheets and other administrative tools to assistin managing departmental budgets, personnel, and equipment, inputs datato Departmental web pages, processes and maintains records of purchasesorders, equipment leases, payments to vendors, and assists the AVP andDepartment Directors with projects and administrative responsibilities.
