　　Repairing and maintaining pumps, fans, motors and bearings

　　Perform preventative maintenance

　　Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot and repair as needed

　　Maintain and update maintenance logs/records

　　-Troubleshoot electrical building systems

　　More mechanical experience than electricalSkills:

　　preventive maintenance, motor repair, mechanical maintenance, electrical system, blueprint schematics, plc troubleshooting, controls systems, instrumentation
