　　[Track implemented case contract awards for all cases that involve weapons and ammunition that ship directly to partnered nations.

　　Conduct quality control monitoring of all award documents ensuring that the correct items and quantity ordered are accurate. Ensure all delivery addresses are validated.Upon contract award, monitor production timelines of all material in order to maintain awareness of the contract delivery date and maintain direct communications with JMC and TACOM POCs to establish availability dates.Utilized the Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) to monitor weapons and ammunition case status.Inform all CN to LOA stakeholders of latest updates and ensure information is accurate on crosswalk.Create Shipping Control Numbers on JCP Dashboard to ensure all stakeholders are aware of pending shipments.Upon the completion of a DD250(Materiel Inspection and Receiving Report (MIRR) make contact with the Defense Contract Management Agency and the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) to track the booking of the shipments.Verify the cost of shipments is reasonable and inform the WFO Director of any cost issues.Complete a JCP GTandE DAC Local (TAC Code) form to be approved by two Government employees and sent to the USASAC Transportation office for accounting purposes for each shipment.Monitor the progress of all shipments and keep the Director informed of any delays or transportation issues.Ensure SCO verify that all storage facilities and material handling equipment is available for receiving all equipment.Ensure SCIP and CN to LOA crosswalk is updated with confirmed delivery information.Send all delivery data to USASAC Operations Redstone team for USASAC Headquarter visibility.[Qualifications: ]{tahoma",sans-serif"=""}

　　Six years related experience.

　　Related bachelors degree

　　Secret or higher Government Security Clearance

　　Must be fully knowledgeable ofFMS case managementand the governing regulations,policies and computer systems, applications, and programs with at least five years directly related experience.

　　Applicant must be able to interact with a wide range of customers to include the foreign customer with professionalism and diplomacy.

　　Applicant must possess excellent oral and written skills.

　　In lieu of a degree, six additional years of related experience is required.
