RHD (Community Passages and Mainstay WEPA programs) is currently seeking to hire a Administrative Assistant (Admin) to work in our office in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh. The Admin is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the program and assists in all office duties including: participating in Fiscal duties as directed, maintains site and employee files, conduct regular audits on files for compliance, maintain tracking systems and participate in employee acquisition and required documentation. A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.The Admin will have direct contact with individuals that have co-occurring disorders and Problem Sexual Behaviors (PSB) and/or Sexual Offences (SO). Willingness to work with and support individuals with MH/IDD/PSB/SO is essential for this position. The Admin be required to assist in the daily operations of each specific program as needed or necessary.Competitive rate of pay provided. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
Required Experience
An Associate Degree from an accredited college with a major in Office Administration, Business, Applied Studies, Liberal Arts, or other related field, 1 year of experience in office administration and a valid driver's license. Bachelor's degree preferredORA High School Diploma/GED, with 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a human service agency and a valid driver's license.Required Education
