  Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Lancaster, PA area! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles, with a preference for candidates with experience in the non-profit sector (not required). The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of our organization by handling various administrative tasks and providing essential support to the team.

  Hours: Full time, M-F 8am-5pm

  Pay Rate: $16/hour

  Job Type: Temporary Assignment

  Responsibilities

  Office Management:

  Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.

  Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.

  Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

  Communication and Correspondence:

  Draft and edit professional emails, memos, and other written communications.

  Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing a positive and professional demeanor.

  Data Management:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.

  Assist in data entry and data management tasks.

  Calendar Management:

  Manage and update executive calendars, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed.

  Event Support:

  Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.

  Provide logistical support for events, including coordination of materials and resources.
