　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Manage the end-to-end creative production process for clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

　　Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating effective communication and managing their expectations.

　　Translate client requirements and briefs between the internal team and clients, ensuring clarity and alignment.

　　Collaborate with the creative team, guiding them on project requirements and providing direction.

　　Manage project budgets, optimizing costs while delivering high-quality results.

　　Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure deliverables meet client specifications and Accenture's quality standards.

　　Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance click-off rates and overall production efficiency.

　　Conduct thorough reviews of copy and creative materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency in both traditional Chinese and English.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative production management for digital campaigns , preferably with exposure to the financial services industry.

　　Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

　　Proficiency in English and Cantonese, with the ability to read traditional Chinese.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

　　Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and attention to detail.

　　Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

　　Experience working with creative teams, including art directors and designers.

　　Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
